Hi, I’m Jenn.
I created Your Friend Jenn because I believe deeply in support groups of all kinds. We thrive together. My hope is that this space can encourage anyone—but especially women walking through hard seasons—to keep going.
We get one short life. I’m dedicating the remainder of mine to pursuing my goals, challenging myself in new and meaningful ways, and encouraging others to do the same. Let’s get through this together—in a space that doesn’t rush healing, minimize hard things, or expect constant positivity in the middle of real life.
I’ve learned what it’s like to show up when motivation is gone, to heal without a clear timeline, and to carry emotions that don’t fit neatly into before-and-after stories.
What I couldn’t find during those seasons was a place that felt both honest and gentle. A place that allowed complexity. A place that said: you’re not broken—you’re human. You’ve got this. Keep going. It’s okay to struggle. It’s okay to meet your own needs.
So I started this one.
Your Friend Jenn is built on the belief that care doesn’t have to be loud or performative to matter. Here, we make space for women going through hard things, normal hard things, and the quiet, complicated work of recovery—especially after breast cancer treatment.
We offer words and resources designed to meet you where you are. Not to fix you. Not to rush you. Just to support you with comfort, dignity, and honesty.
You don’t have to be inspirational here.
You don’t have to have it figured out.
You don’t even have to know what you need yet.
If you’re tired, overwhelmed, healing, angry, hopeful—or somewhere in between—you’re welcome.
This is a place to land.
I’m really glad you’re here.
